SURFACE 05ANNOUNCED / RUNNING INTERNALLY LIVE

Social

An autonomous distribution engine. It reads trends, synthesizes content across formats, coordinates release, and learns from what lands. Currently operating as the growth engine behind our own platforms. Opening to the public as a standalone product.

Distribution is an inference problem wearing a marketing costume.

Deciding what to publish, where and when is a question about a moving probability distribution over attention. Treated as a creative calendar it produces guesswork on a schedule. Treated as an estimation problem with a closed feedback loop, it converges.

The valuable moment is narrow. Momentum is detectable before a trend peaks, but only if you are sampling continuously and modeling the second derivative rather than reacting to the level. Arriving after the peak means competing for a shrinking pool with everyone else who noticed late.

We built this for ourselves first because the results were the proof and because we would not ship a growth engine we had not already run against our own numbers.

PRE-PEAK DETECTION

Dashed marker is detection, grey line is the eventual peak. Illustrative.

CHANNEL WEIGHTING

Allocation across surfaces, revised on measured outcome rather than on a fixed plan. Weight follows what actually moved.

STRATUM 02CAPABILITY MATRIX ACTIVE

01

Trend detection

Continuously reads the shape of attention across platforms and identifies momentum while it is still forming rather than after it has already peaked.

02

Content synthesis

Generates long-form articles, editorial posts and short-form copy in a consistent voice, at a cadence a human team cannot sustain indefinitely.

03

Interlinking strategy

Builds and maintains the connective structure between published assets so the corpus compounds instead of scattering into isolated pieces.

04

Video generation

Produces animated short-form video on a fixed schedule, from script through synthesis to publication, without a per-asset human pass.

05

Coordinated release

Sequences distribution across channels so publication behaves as a campaign rather than a series of unrelated posts competing with each other.

06

Closed feedback loop

Measured outcomes feed back into what gets produced next, so the engine adapts to what actually moves rather than to what was planned in advance.

07

Platform adaptation

One idea rendered into the constraints of each surface, because format is not a wrapper around content, it is part of the content.

08

Voice consistency

Output holds a single authored voice across formats and volume, which is what makes a corpus read as a body of work instead of output.

09

Decay awareness

Attention is a decaying signal. The engine deprioritizes trends past their useful window rather than chasing them down the far side.
